The Housing Lab is an initiative by Vrije Universiteit researchers Hans Koster and Jan Rouwendal. The Housing Lab brings together theoretical and practical knowledge about the housing market. It aims to contribute to addressing issues faced by governments, businesses, and civil society organizations. In addition, it serves as a meeting place where policymakers, professionals, and researchers can share knowledge and engage in dialogue. The Housing Lab was officially launched on March 19, 2025.
