Housing sits at the intersection of household welfare, financial markets, and public policy. This workshop explores how housing markets can remain accessible, investable, and resilient in a rapidly changing world. Taking place on November 4 and 5 in Maastricht, the workshop is organized by Max Löffler, Juan Palacios, Nils Kok, and Dirk Brounen, hosted by the Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics in collaboration with the Maastricht Center for Real Estate.
